fundraising
security
after party planners
social media and blogging
water and tee shirt sales
stage hands
posting flyers in your region
recruiting contingents
organizing contingents at Lampron Park
outreach to minority communities
parade sign and placard making
accounting and budget management
contacting potential vendors
videography and photo documentation
